User CP > User Control Panel (the toolbar at the top).

Is there a way of finding out who repped you?

I think you receive those when someone with 0 reputation tries to give you some reputation (though I'm not completely sure on that). I have quite a few of those too.

You can also check by trying to give yourself rep. It's not specific, but it tells you how much you have.

Rep doesnt mean that much but this is very annoying hmm.

Nah. It doesn't let you give yourself rep. It just pops up with a message saying how much rep you have, and if the post that you clicked the button on has any form of rep on it.

nope, no one reads it, it knows you can't give yourself rep, I do it all the time, I see nothing in my user cp, which I can see :p

As for you not being able to see your cp, I dunno, I could at first, then I couldn't for awhile, then after the most recent down time it came back :D

I think the entire reputation system is immature; you guys shouldn't care more or less if you get reputation or not.

Rep doesn't mean anything. No need for some extra measures ensuring you get rep for some "correct reasons", especially as it's a matter of opinion so it'd be a pretty communist system if mods decided wether or not peoples opinions were correct or not..

Just whoring for 2 rep balls and then trying to keep them doesn't seem like a good enough reason to change the system, especially as they still don't mean anything, and 90% of people most likely don't even pay attention to "rep balls", or they don't even know what those green balls mean.
