If your selling claws:

An example of a Junk Purchase:
Player x: I offer 100k worth of Oak Logs.
Player y: Ok, the trade limit is 43k, so I'll pay 57k for them.
Player x: Ty!

Player y keeps on buying more and more junk until he has about 50m Junk

Player x: Let's sell my claws
Player z: Buy d claws 50m

The Trade:
Player x: Ok I have 49.1m worth of Junk.
Player z: KK, add the claws and your junk, and we're set!
The math: Player x's claws are aprox 900k, so he adds 49.1m junk: 49.1m + 900k = 50m

If you buy, just picture yourself as Player z
Now you know it! Wasn't that A-W-E-S-O-M-E?! ^^

That requires you to do While Guthix Sleeps, which in turn requires you to have done every other quest in the game. Not that many people have done that.

My main has.. and I've got over 100 kills.. no claws -.-
And, quite alot of people have done all quests ^^

I'm just saying that considering the number of members, it's not that big of a percentage that have completed all the quests.

i realise they dont sell in ge so i sell to idiots that buy junk, or if i have d claws for instance i sell the claws and 40m worth of maple longbow(u).

then you actually earn money…

You don't buy 100k of junk for 100k. You buy it for the lowest you can by the trade limit.

And yes, 0.9… is exactly 1. There is a topic on these forums about it. If you still doubt, read the Wikipedia article on it.

I still dont understand junk trading… would this work from autoers to mains or would you have to have a lot of quest points to make it work???

Junk trading doesn't work from autoer to main trading… You lose money. What you do is you get a lot of junk that you don't want and sell it to them. I.E. When i fletch i get a bunch of worthless yew unstrung bows. Selling in general store pisses me off… And on GE it doesn't sell. When you have an item like dragon claws, you sell the claws along with the junk (yew (u) bows) and you get the money.
