Well he did post some harsh racist remarks towards me, which I find frankly appalling in this day and age! If a moderator wishes it, he'll get banned, but i'm sure he'll just get a warning.

he said "I didnt no if it was againt the rules to sware in that section" and I.P. checks don't lie, it's from same computer, and similiar typing habits, along with him saying I. I think I can safely say it's the same person, but that's not up to me to say. If it is poollikemax though, I think he should just be given a warning for now.

oh true, I thought each computer had it's own I.P., but still like you said, same network means it the same place. but it definitely seems like he could just be using ham? to brake rules without getting his account in trouble, may not be same person, but it does seem like it.

But as for same locations, that does involve schools, library's, internet cafes, etc. So its relative. Most of the time though we are able to find out if it is residential or public though.

But you're right, unlikely they both just access SRL at school..
