I suggest that no one auto's until SRL has been updated to revision #29. I say this because most of the randoms stopped working or don't work properly. Smart works, But needs help. I say that because you can't really view your autoing account and yes i know you can by using the copy client. But the copy client is very buggy and can sometimes freeze scar. This is why suggest that everyone should wait till SRL has been updated.

Thank you for reading and hope you agree with what I say. Please don't flame me because you think I am wrong. I have supported everything I said.Also Please post any things you think should be updated in SRL this will help the devs out so they can fix every single thing!

I've been autoing alot on my account since the new updates, and luckily i've not come across one it can't solve, but I have heard people talking about how it has affected them.

I agree quite strongly about the whole SMART thing, it's hard to check on newly released scripts when you can't actually view it in action.

Though the fact that you're saying we should stop altogether is a bit over the top…

I completely agree.

I haven't ran a script since the first time I saw there were errors.
I also haven't ran any since the box random broke.

I don't use SMART because of it's un-userability.

Just use a Virtual Machine…

On a 256 MB RAM computer, it's pretty hard.

What makes you think SMART will be updated at all, much less in revision #29? BenLand has said on IRC numerous times that he does not have the time nor the will to fix SMART right now. Whether or not that will change in the next few weeks or months is up in the air right now.

If you really have to auto while using your computer, use a VM like [-jesus-] suggested. If you can't use one, because of memory issues or whatever, then you're stuck with a less-than-perfect SMART or giving up control of your mouse.

Also, please don't make another post in leetspeak directed at me, they are pointless…

I agree that some stuff aint working but that shouldn't be cause of COMPLETELY stopping botting. If one of you higher up guys want to see what randoms are working and which aren't drop by my Khaoz's Randoms Status Thread Here you will find a list of non working randoms, and specific details on why they are not working correctly. Post if you know of any other non working random i update very often.

its a program that makes a COMPLETE second computer inside your current one, you will have a desktop, basically like a second pc inside a pc with it own mouse.

Oh, thats awesome, that gives me a reason to pick up the computer i left at my mom's house.

That's true true guys I did go a little over the top. Although that is my suggestion. And yes virtual machine never thought of that. Oh and for smart I hope Benland could give a trusted member of srl his source so someone can fix it. And Benland if your reading this I totally understand that you don't want to give away your source cause it might end up in the wrong hands.

I do not have a problems with randoms? Stop macroing because SMART does not work? I will stop macroing when they have banned every single name possible and I can not create anymore accounts..

I have not had any problems with the box, and I have been running a fighting script for 8 hours a day for the past two weeks. And I have witnessed it solving the box, just sometimes it messes up. I do not think with the chance of it not solving the box and the fact that the box is not all that common that it is worth stopping macroing altogether.

I agree, it's not a reason to stop altogether. We're not talking about altogether.

Things like Sergeant Damien or the "good" twin i find that the ones i have access to arent able to solve those. I find that having it log out every 15-20mins it is okay, sometime i can get away with 3hours with no screw ups before it shuts itself down. I dont have much experience with it yet, but i've got to start somewhere…

dude…stop spamming threads with your random status thread, it's all you've been posting, if people want to visit your thread they will now just drop it. and yes you can veiw smart bu that will also cause you to lose your mouse as you have to have i the only window open, all the time.

I think that autoing is risky no matter what. It's all about the luck of the draw. No matter how many revisions we do it will just keep needing updates thanks to Jagex. So, it's a risky choice that you have to make. As for me, I have an army so I don't care if they get banned.
