The 'I got banned' subfourm
I am so tired of people crying about their user on RS being banned. So what? STFU already. Does anybody really have sympathy for them or are they just trying to grab an extra post count? It is pretty obvious that you will be banned eventually if you bot. There is no 100% safe way to do it. The only way to not get banned is to not bot.
And also people are posting that they got banned from using something besides SCAR. Are they just shouting that they are an idiot?

Personally I think that if they are crying about getting banned then they need to be punched in the nuts/ovaries and 1 week banned from here for being ridiculous.

i personally think all talk of RS should be banned from the forum, but since people around here are a little sensitive, that will never happen. So in conclusion, i agree with you.

Disagree.
How about people that made "autoed mains"?

You see, when we have the subforum, people can go post there and tell how good the stats were etc, and they don't have to post in the General News. Who forces you to view the Banned in RS section?
That is a good point. But it clogs up recent posts and gives noob spam posts.

Once and a while, everybody has a bad day. It can happen to any of your Players…getting bashed with the banhammer. I have seen many cheaters quit for this reason. I simply wanted to give us a platform to let out our frustration hoping the community would sympatise (sp) their loss.

I really think that we shouldn't be crybabies about it, shit happens.
The 'i got banned' subforum is a waste of space and encouragement to noobs to spam. I say that any talk of banned accounts should be intractable and deleted as it is useless and off subject anywhere but the i got banned forum. Which we shouldn't even have.
I say remove it. There shouldn't be a reason that we have to put up with noobs bitching about how there account was banned. It's usually inevitable.

I say keep it.
After all, it was a couple of SRL users who managed to keep me from quitting RS cheating when my main got banned with tonnes of shit a year ago or so.
I agree with both sides, yes it is annoying and clogs up the "new posts", but as stated above, no one makes anyone look at it, and it is a good way to vent to everyone. So overall I would have to say keep it even tho I dont like it. I just wont look at it, Which is the advice I give to everyone that doesnt like it, just ignore it.

I have a suggestion. Make it a subforum of The Bashing Club / BBQ Pit?

Ok yes…. I was a little harsh. But seriously …I get a little tired of all the threads started for someone's personal loss. I feel there should be a section just for those people. A thread started where all the sympathy and shoulders will be that are needed. A thread where I can post about my character that has been around since classic days that got banned a few weeks back, or the one about my mining army that got pass changes but no bans… and someone would be there and say, "aw man that really sucks." My point is it just gets annoying whenever I click on the new posts and 3 of the 14 are about a bunch of people saying the same thing…. Yes I was hard… but I had a little basis to it.
= start one thread to get it done… dibs on making the thread if its not already out there….. WT-Fakawi what do you think about that?

Like fakawi says, everyone has a bad day, and some people are really sad when they get banned. The main counter-argument is that there is spam from it. Back to that, this whole thread could be considered spam, cause you got all angry, and were a quote 'cry baby about it'. I think we should keep the forum.

Those of you saying "noobs just use it to get post count up", that sub forum could easily be made to not increase your post count, therefor I wouldn't base an argument on that..

my argument is that no one wants to hear it. Woopdeedoo, you got banned from a silly game because you sillyilly used your cheating ways to better yourself. You shouldnt be complaining, because its your fault that you were banned. It's not Jagex's fault at all. If you really cared all that much you wouldnt have autoed on that account.
I think the least you could do is to disable postcount, but since many posts made in post count upping forums are worthless anyways, i dont see how its going to help much. I personally would rather not have to add to the amount of posts that i have to avoid and make it easier for me to navigate the non-complaining-stricken forums in peace.
