Well, ive been messing around with ways to find if im fishing or not… :p

Anyways, nothing seems to be reliable :s Can anyone help me in my hour of need?! :D **Please

Check if the fishing spot is in front of your player.

You can use a magic staff (like fire, water etc), I used it in my netter/baiter, but add like +100 (and -100) or something to mscx and mscy instead of the whole screen incase someone else has one too though.

You can also try finding the rod's color.

Reflection. :D

I made a reflection script ages ago but I dont want to use it now. I tried the magic staff but sometimes it works… somtimes it doesnt… What kinda thing would i need to be doing to check if the rod is actually out or not?

Maybe try a getcolor in one area of the player and do it 60 times and see if the colors vary, this would mean that its moving e.g fishing :)

Track your spot to see if it's still there. Or you coul mark the time you last caught a fish. If it's above 30 seconds, it seems to me you're not fishing.
