When I ran the quick test… to see if my SMART was working correctly, It came up with this…

scar.exe unable to locate componet This application failed to start because MSVCR71.dll was not found, Try re-installing the app. may fix this problem.

Then JVM could not be found, try reinstalling java??

Any ideas on how to fix this? =/
