Hm, try scythe.org you can buy stuff like member pins there.

However, is pretty easy to get scammed. So use a MM.

I'm pretty sure you can buy credit cards at 7 Eleven. They work like gift cards, say you buy a $50 dollar credit card, then you can use it like you would a real credit card anywhere you'd like, they even look like real credit cards. I haven't bought one but apparently they sell something like that.

No Targets, and Canada doesn't sell prepaid for RuneScape. Try getting a prepaid Visa from www.visa.ca or from www.muchmusic.com/mastercard
