WARNING:
a lot of commands need to be CREATOR
you should write first to chat.
/get role show what are you, USER, MASTER or LISTENER
MASTER - can do anything use any commands
USER - can use just simple commands
LISTENER - can just read chat.

If you are Master then you can to any contact in chat window set roles
/setrole [skypename] MASTER|HELPER|USER|LISTENER
e.g.
/setrole unnamed LISTENER

unnamed cant write to chat anymore. till you write
/setrole unnamed USER

thank you :) yes "messenger", English not my native language .. so I do not speak perfect English and doing many mistakes, thank you for the correction and I think "NEWB" sounds better then noob.. :) becouse noob does nothing at all.. (h)
