359 days since Hey321 was banned. It's been 5 months and about 10 days since I joined. I have something to confess (This has already been discussed with the Administrators, but I believe that the general public should know).

I am Hey321.

For those of you who don't know the story, here it is:

I stole some items off of Paul23's account, and tried to pass it off as a friend of mine. I was addicted to Runescape at the time, and all I wanted to do was further my own account. As a result, greed took over. I have matured since then, and realized my mistake. I have also experienced what it feels like to have my items stolen, legit or not.

The Administrators of SRL feel I deserve a second chance.

The name sounds familiar… Well anyway I hope that you have matured since that situation because stealing in my opinion is the worst thing you can do… not to mention doing it to a community like this. I really hope you have changed your ways and also I like how you were able to admit your faults. But yes I have stolen before and I know why you do it and what goes through your mind therefore I will accept your apology and I hope you learned a lesson, 359 days is a long time and I am guessing that you have.

If you do not give them back to him or repay him in some sort of way I will make a new thread request your ban. Also don't try to get SRL members while you still haven't sorted the problem with jukka out.

Hmmm…. I have issues with stealing but I wouldn't let that get in the way of judging you. Welcome back, I remember you. I think you should be able to be given a second chance. Just know that this is going to be on the noones really going to trust you meter. Not for me, I've seen your helpful posts.

Sort it out with JuKKa and I will say no banhammer.

I would sort it out with JuKKa, if there was any possibility of me doing that. I don't have the info for his accounts anymore. I lost it at least 9~ months back. :/. For those of you who think I still have them, why would I come back with a clean slate having learned from my mistakes, then immediately steal something again? I don't have anything of his anymore.

I "came out of the closet" as you put it, because I've decided to try and get back into the community.

Right now, I'm not focused on getting SRL Members, although that would be nice if it happened, because I've got no illusions of a possibility of people trusting me enough yet.

Also, I don't think it makes it any more right if he steals something and then loses it so he can't give it back.. And if we're going to start this "proof for this and proof for that" crap, I'd like to know how he could prove he actually lost the info.

I don't generally believe in second chances anyway, and this issue with JuKKa makes me even less comfortable with the idea of giving him a second chance.. The admins around here are pretty lenient(?) compared to some other sites, but still I don't think people should be let back after offenses as serious as this.. What's next? mage of begu comes back and says "oh its been like 2 years since i stole passes so yeah can i get my 2nd chance now?"..

And perhaps almost everyone deserves a second chance, but just breaking another rule by returning under a different nickname shouldn't help your case.. You also sort of compared yourself to a bank robber, or you said even a bank robber deserves another chance after spending some time in jail.. But isn't returning under a different nickname pretending you're not Hey321 until suddenly revealing that to public sort of avoiding your prison sentence(?) :/

Well, not my choice, but as of now my opinion is NO.

I never stole his accounts. I used them, then when I got banned I quit rs for a while, and completely forgot about scar. I haven't logged on them since maybe 2 months after I got banned, if at all since then. I'll gladly zip up my old contents if I'm allowed to take some personal things out (passwords for my accounts, some pictures with my account names showing, etc.). And before you tell me I could just remove whatever I wanted, what would be the point in that? I came back here for a fresh start, or as fresh as possible considering what happened a year ago, and I'd like to use it, not immediately get accused of scamming.

Actually I really don't care if you lost the info, you had the responsibility of sending jukka an email with the details of the accounts the minute you got banned, you did not.
Right now, as I see it, you have two choices:

1. somehow repay juKKa paypal or w.e.
or
2. Wait until me or someone else contacts admins/mods/makes a thread requesting your ban.

@ GoF maybe mage of begu is a member at SRL, I would not be surprised.

I thought you had fully quit. I remember reading about this on a blog a while back dont remember where tho. I say another chance would be healthy.

All those options are ridiculous… I think it's alright he has confessed and has been punished enough for his past.

1. Don't have PayPal. Never have. Don't think I ever will. I think they were like, level 60-70, with 75~ wc each.

2. Can't. I only have one disk from my old computer. Only accounts in there are my main and two of my macroers, both shit.

3. I can't, since I'd have to remove some of the information, and then I'd just get accused of faking it. I'd gladly upload it were it not for the people who'd do that (waste of my time, wouldn't convince that many people).

It's obvious that he doesn't have the accounts anymore, guys. Asking for compensation for yourself or for JuKKa is ridiculous.

Bearing in mind the accounts you stole of JuKKa if we had a poll whether or not you should be banned if think the answer would most definitely be leaning towards the yes. :D
I tried to contact Fakawi yesterday but I didn't have much time and I just cbf to make a nice thread for you but when I feel like it and if your issue with JuKKa isn't resolved ( AKA he isn't angry at you anymore or has not yet forgiven you) I will, trust me. :eek:

You cannot expect people to accept you if you come back to a community saying you have mature and you didn't even mention all your wrongs, or solved them for that matter.

I've said that I would resolve it if I could. I do not have the information for the account, nor do I even remember the names. The only thing that I can remember is that they are like 75+ wc on each, and possible 60-70 combat.

If you look at some other forums for example sythe you'll find out people won't just get unbanned for scamming and stealing. I like the staff here but I think they're sometimes way too lenient(?) towards offenders. He took/lost (who knows, really) JuKKa's accs, stole from someone else too, broke rules again by returning and he's let back because he says he's sorry? This just gives an image that you can do anything here and then just return with a new account, wait a while and BOOM, you're forgiven.

They are PIXELS, as far as him giving back accounts, I see no reason for that. There should be a statute of limitations on things like this.

Is there a way I can personally close this thread? It only seems to be pointless arguing. I appreciate all of your opinions, but I don't think this thread should be open longer, as it's already full of bickering.

If there isn't, can an administrator or moderator close it, if said person feels that it should be closed, please?

Mine got banned yesterday for something I didn't do. I'd been part of these forums for 2 years, with 400 posts (95% helpful).

I had 2 stickied threads, but yeah.

I most likely won't be back to these forums after this, I just had to thank a few Admin staff who helped me.
