I was wondering how to use SMART, my scripts are all basic and junk, i just wanna know how it works and what's the benefits?

SMART is currently broken. The function to open it:

procedure LoadSMART(WorldNum : Integer; Signed, Free : Boolean);

//Example

LoadSMART(29, False, True);
