I hope that sums up all questions an answers to Why and What Benland100 thinks and is doing about the situation.

He also states about what he thinks will happen to the situation and why he did it:

haha just kidding but yeah i was reading that too, im really sad/dissapointed. Im not sad with BenLand, more just sad that rs is updated, and i do not have the skill t produce something of that stature.

Oh no! I wouldn't want people realizing I'm an ass… At any rate, thanks for realizing I didn't even know smart was broken before I logged onto IRC and didn't plan on doing anything about it since I'm no longer active at all, but I'm sure someone will appreciate your efforts. Find me somewhere that says I have to do something about it, and I'll listen to whatever you say. Coming back to people talking about hacking into it to fix it isn't exactly motivation to help :)

It teaches us a lesson. Do it yourself; put in the long, hard, and grueling hours as he did to create it. Or simply crack it which is what some people are attempting to do but with no luck. Just ask Widget =P

Well apparently "he did because of me" thanking him for teaching us a lesson and just sees me as a jerk; thus blaming it all on me that "it is people like you that ruin it for everyone else" something along those lines.

I don't see you as a jerk, I think you're full of hot air and I don't appreciate you blowing it at me.

Dude Ben You know we love you man, and I will never stop getting impressed with yout SMART.. its awsome, and we all love it, we all support you and your hard work and 1337ness.

I, talking for almost all, I think, ask you not to let us down please, you are the SMART pro, let us know any way of showing you our gratefull thinkings and appreciation to you.

We know you have no obligation to SRL or to us , but we know you are nice to all us for letting us use SMART, since you could easily have not shared it, but well we are lucky to have SMART which is a great resource for autoing and for all SRL members , because we can be autoing while making scripts or works.

Im trying to encourage you to fix it for us , programmers and all SRL.

Anyways Im not begging , just trying to encourage him, if he doesnt want to , well… we would have to deal with it :(

I have to confess it would be bad for me since I auto with at least 2 SMART always, most Ive autoed on the same computer was on 5 Scar-SMART's open, on same computer, so honestly It would be bad for me, but Im trying to let him know we support him and appreciate his work , and not to get discouraged by some misunderstanding. :)

dont blame benland for making something amazing then not wanting to share the secrets with you. I <3 benland because he helps me with chemistry + hes a stud :D

The only thing I could have asked is for Ben to have given us like a month notice so we could start learning java.

SMART was written in C++ and calls an instance to the JVM. A month would not have been enough time.

We hope so…

If it means anything to anybody i took a couple hours this morning to try and figure it out, i went throught the worlds folder it self and tried changing the activities part to what it actually is now and fixing a couple other things that changed. unfortunately it didnt do anything :(
So now you know Ben that some of us (clearly not all) but some of us are making somewhat of an effort to fix this so you wont have to.
We all appreciate what you have done in the past and hopefully what you will still do in the future.
