Hey guys, if you haven't noticed, RS got PvP back, so I suggest investing in some PK-ing items like prayer potions. I doubt it will ever be as popular as it was, but it will still be popular because now, you can fight anywhere in that world.

EDIT: wow i just though, they may have made it much easier for us to drop trade? idk its throughout the whole world far as I know

And buy quickly, because a lot of items have been increasing in price since the quest involving the wilderness was released on sep 29th, and will only go up even more.

And no drop trading if I am interpreting this right.

If you are the victor in your combat, you will discover that your enemies drop items. These items are randomly generated by the game based on how much your opponent was carrying, how much you are carrying, the difference between your Combat level and your opponent's, how long you have survived outside safe zones on the PvP world, and how many other players you have killed recently.

I bought the raw ones at a low price ;) Both are raising atm

yea no drop trading :(. Maybe we can exploit this system? The longer you stay in a hot zone, and the more items you have, the better reward. I was thinking some people from SRL, both have whips or higher, stay alive in hot zone, one skulls and protects item, and the other gets good loot?

I sat their trying to buy lobbies at max price for 6 hours, didn't get any.

With the current knowledge of the PvP system we have, we shouldn't try drop trading since chance of big losses is pretty big…

Max is if u have 75k worth of items on you i think. I guess with all the other factors with both ppl having 75k worth to lose or something like that, you can get a Dragon Full Helm. Chances are slim tho…

so then my question is, is it worth losing that 75k? Like can we put 75k on a $$ character and have him attack the person we want the money to go to. Also have the person that wants the money have like 500k or something on him so then we could possibly transfer over that 75k value of items? or even possibly more?

Just a thought, I am going to test this system today when I get off work. I'll keep you updated.

And as Boreas posted ^. If both character have something of value to lose the higher the reward. So does that mean having a skull on both characters makes it a higher kill too?

The value of non-protected items is what matters. So if you aren't skulled, you gotta take a bit more.
And if you keep killing the same person, pretty sure the system will notice and give you shit drops :p

Let me bring up another point: You don't recover any items that you loose, like whips, etc. They just dissappear. So they don't come back into circulation, that means that if the rate of loosing whips becomes greater than the drop rate, the price will sky rocket. So seriously, buy the whips fast. At max price if you have to

So is this Jagex's attempt at stopping inflation and low item prices at the same time? Maybe some of these random skills will be profitable now :)
