Well, I know we can't have one HERE at SRL and please don't give me a lecture on the reasons why. But I think it would help heaps of people will be a black market, sort of like a replica of the SRL community but only for our evil trading.

I know i've tried things like this in the past and failed, but look at sp0rk-eh. While he was active his forums for black marketing were the BEST. No scamming what so ever, maybe a few hiccups here and there, and as I said before it would help lots of people.


The only problem would be finding a hoster and a bulletin board but other than that it would own.

We have great leadership right now, We have hosting, boards and all. If we need to get more space for any reason munk and I are willing to expand the costs.

I have, though no offence it doesn't seem to be really active :(

Like when i heard about it i'm like :O! But then there were 0 people online so yeah.


Though if that changes it might turn out to be good :)

There aren't many people there we need to get the word out. What is the difference between being active there and trying to start a community (like you're trying to do) the difference is, is that we HAVE already started what you are talking about but we need more people and more active people to join.

MMK, well since I belive you were from sp0rk-eh too it should work out good…


Though i dunno if this really matters, but I don't think all SRL members should be mods+ higher :p

They aren't, the mods+ higher are just people that we decided to invite early and thought that would be trustable. We are set now and just waiting and itching for people to join so we can get the place exploding!

We don't want to make an official thread over here because we don't want anyone to 'look down' on us for exploiting the site here, since SRL doesn't want black markets.

and YES I was from sp0rk-eh, I believe I was a mod there, to bad that place had to shut down, it was a great place. Scunerape will be just as good if not better. Munk, Markus, and I are dedicated to get this place rolling!

Could you guys had of gotten vBulletin?

Btw, As you can see munk and myself have both started services at the site. So hopefully once we get people there and things become active ( getting more trusted MM, transferers, etc ) it will get better. Need to start somewhere though right…

I got a Mills stand setup and am selling a character. Munk has his character stand open that has 4-5 characters right now. We also have a few people selling other characters.

lol, yea I guess that is when I've been doing most of my posting lately…

but no it's not my regular hours…I usually work early mornings 6a - 10a mon-wed-fri…and holidays but the night person is on vac (there are only 7 of us that do the job, 4 week people and 3 weekend people) so I am covering for her tonight and 2morrow…

I do not think we should have a black market here at SRL. With Black Markets comes trouble and scamming, something. If we are a community of scammers and trouble makers, people would be less inclined to come here, and possibly lower the popularity of SCAR and SRL as a whole.

yes agree, I meant to vote no for a Black Market incorporated here at SRL. When I first read it, I thought a black market for SRL to go to…but a definite NO to one here at SRL…so one other vote off Yes and +1 on NO

SRL Members is not the same as trusted imo. There are a few jr. members I'd rather trust with my phatz than some members..

I registered at blackscape and scunerape. They both look good. I vote no for having a black market here. Not a very good idea, lowers our morale.

No not really, being member here doesn't mean his/shes trusted, I would trust some junior member who I remeber more than some new SRL member.

Wow. Hello.

Ok um. First I will say we started our forums about 2 weeks ago and have 40 members. That's not that bad, and you cant expect 40 people to be active 24/7. That being said, ScuneRape really has no affiliation with SRL. It was formed by some people that met on SRL, we have Autoing Forums(which only contain links to freddy1990.com and srl-forums.com) for the sake of having script selling, and we may already have respect for alot of the SRL-(jr)members that join, but that does not make it the "SRL Black Market". It is infact its own site with its own forums.

As for Blackscape I'd like to some day come a merger agreement with them :) but a little healthy competition never hurts either. So be it scunerape, Blackscape, sythe, sp0rkeh, runemarket, whatever! It is your choice!
