Well at first I thought it was just my computer messing up… But then it was happening on both of my computers and regularly.

At first SMART runs fine with RS client. But then after awhile when you or a script logs back in, it freezing in trying to load the in game stuff.

I know this happens in unsigned I haven't confirmed it with signed yet, but I think it happened to me once.

I thought this was only me, but then a couple people have complained about it on a couple of my threads… Then I was having same thing happen.


Anyone else having this problem with their own scripts/SMART?

My SMART is kicking even at the moment?

Me! I am having it. Not so much with the little loading bar at the top left hand corner of the client, but like the login screen frozen.

I'm getting it too. And looking at the RS forums, it looks like a lot of other people (not using SMART) are having the same problem.

So its just the RS client in general? Jagex Fail.

I had it 2 days before. Nothing worked, I just restated SMART and SCAR.

IT started happening to me a month ago for a few days then stopped. Then it didn't happen for a month, it started again yester day :eek:

yesterday my scar messed up he couldn't login solved?? ^^ gonna try it again

the g.e doesnt work on any kind. jagex fail.

i get viruses of the rs client now so i dont use i just use intenet explorer now to go on rs

The RS Client doesn't have viruses -.-

I've been trying to figure this out for the last couple days. I tried using regular runescape.com client and it still did it but I have not tried signed yet because I refuse to use signed. Even though I kinda suck at java, I check all my logs and have yet to see any error's reported and I've tried things like updating java, dumping different things, to no avail. I think this is an internal problem in the RS client and will have to be addressed by Jagex before riots break out in the streets.

Yea I laughed at that too. What is the riot gonna do? Throw crappy drop parties? Go up to mods and bother them?
Nothing will happen that can harm Jagex except if players stop playing.


Yea, I get this problem all the time; and I attempted Signed SMART and Reg Runescape. Regardless of whatever RS Client Version or Setup you use, the problem will still occur.

It is defintely something to do with the server or an internal client error or something on those lines.
Possibly a server overload after the recent updates have greatly increased file sizes used by the RS Client (via. the "stuff" that loads when you start RS).

Phew, Persil….That was a load off my mind.
