That function isn't in Core.scar. The version you have is probably very outdated. You'll need to update it with the newest revision (#111).

Im updated the reflection with svn, why isnt update me with the right one?

Yes, that's the correct URL. If you look in your hooks file (if you claim to have the latest version), there should be a constant called RSBuild. It should be 512 right now. If it's not, you know your files are outdated.
If it does, you should delete that function above and update again anyways.
