As proposed in This Thread an Outdated tag [OD] will be very useful.

Also, a Picture OUTDATED in the first post could be placed, but that is a lot more work.

The author, co author or someone close to the author should be the only ones allowed to alter the TAG.

I'd be worried that random noobs that can't get some scripts to work would just assume they're outdated and tag them though =\

Well just set it to auto after X amount of days without a new post/update
And give powers to manually do it to Mod+
