I'm going to use this to show my Graphics Design teacher my abilities.

Very nice! WOW! is all i can say, i am impressed, i dont know about a Gfx design teacher but i think you can give it a shot!

Try making it a little darker to show off the colors more, like make 2 versions and the purple block on the right side just feels awkward if you know what I mean. Other then that great job :D.

Yeah, the purple on the right off-balances it.

I used a light blue-purple gradient, and I added more purple on the right side.
