i heard about SCAR ++ And I Want To Download It But I Cant Seem To!!!
Can Some1 Try Explaining To Me How To Download It???

It isn't a downloadable link like scar is. You have to do it through the SVN.

To do that, you need to download and install svn. after that (if you are on windows) you need to click "start", "run", and type in "cmd".

That will open a window with a black background. once you are in there type in "svn co http://svn2.assembla.com/svn/ScarPP"

I don't know how I could make it clearer. :D

Scar++ is not complete, and still needs to usability stuff to be implemented. So use at your own risk. Also, SRL is not a part of Scar++ so pretty much every function that stems from there will have to be re-written ect.

With vista, it gives you the way to my documents. It does not give you the option to put in a URL.

your image is broken. However, it is opening up the console in my documents. If you type in the raw url nothing will happen, you have to type in the "svn co …" to say svn copy this url.
