Either try reinstalling JDK, or just google for the DLLs and putting them into your C:/WINDOWS/System32 folder.

Actually that is a really bad thing to do I has this same problem but when i downloaded the files it acutally made a loop hole in my os and crashed it, there is another way to get them without having to download them

go into your java and in jre6 then go to bin and the first two folders(client, and new plugin) there have both the jvm.dll and the msvcr71.dll already on your computer they just arent in the system 32 folder so just copy them over problem solved

Download Msvcr71.dll and put it in your System32 folder make sure you have the latest java, if it still doesn't work I do not know what your problem is.

I Hope This Helps ;)
