whit every reflection script i get this error somebody know why ?

You're using an old version of SMART. Replace the Embedded_Smart.dll in SCAR 3.15\Plugins with the one included in the reflection subversion (srl\srl\reflection\place inside plugins folder)

for vista users get Resource Tuner therefore you can be able to delete dll files easily (It is 30 day trial so i recommend using just for that)

There's this other nifty tool called the "click icon, press the delete key, click yes" all-in-one deleter that works for both Windows XP and Vista!

But seriously, why would you need a program to delete a file on your computer that could be deleted simply by doing the above steps?

Replace your embedded SMART.DLL in the plugins folder for that one.
