Im 80% sure he ripped this signature entry aswell.

Just purely from the text, looks so out of place compared to the signature. If he actually did make that signature, he'd know how to blend the text well and make it look good with those colours, not just stick a basic black 'nava2' on it, with no blending whatsoever. Just wouldn't happen.

Agreed. I was thinking the same thing too sp0rky, the text seemed a little 'animated/noobish' compared to the rest of the sig. He did get good real fast too, I was gonna mention something in comparing how crappy he was one week and how nice his next week entry was.

What is really pathetic is how people come straight down to conclusions before asking for any .gif's or psd's… :/ Apparently I'm a sig ripper now and everyone hates me. That's pretty cool. They're all tutorials, and I personally don't understand how the text in my 'Anime' sig is off place, or 'newbish' as alot of you would say. It is not hard to improve when you read tutorials but I guess in this community when someone says something, it's like instant and immediate decision.

I'll take the blame for everything and not start to create conflict between people. I guess I won't be reading any more tutorials and just going with the flow for the following GFX competitions. In compensation with everything, I will be creating a sig thread in which I can provide my expertise (I'd say) for the community by creating sigs for others, providing they give a stock, or a render with info…etc and I will be creating a gallery of work I've done.

I really hope you guys don't dislike, or hate me, or the respect level goes any further down

I did not rip that sig… I did however used the magic wand tool and marquee tool and cut around specific parts and added it to mine. I've learned from this and will NOT be doing it ever again. I pretty much rendered specific parts of the original sig and added it to mine, mostly the special effect with the grunge because I couldn't find the brush that he used, and I wanted the same effect. That's what I did, word for word, just take it as it is (everyone) and I DO apologize. And NiCbaZ, I'm not only directing this whole hate thing towards you. I sure am hoping that you don't actually hate me just because of this whole situation, and everything that I have said here, and in my previous post is 100% true. As for everyone else who will most likely be reading this if they know where to look. I AM sorry. :(

Cut around specific parts, and replace 'grunge' with your name, that's know as ripping. The signatures are IDENTICAL, in every way, apart from the text. Stop trying to justify what you did. Say sorry and move on.

I will, in the knowledge I spent my time and effort on it. Not 2 minutes replacing some text.

Yeah, I clearly don't know how to read or comprehend, which is why I got unconditionally accepted to all of the universities I applied to, and is why I'm going to start at one on Saturday.

Enjoy your homework, hopefully you'll actually do it and get good grades, instead of copying off your friend tomorrow morning and putting your name on it ;)

Actually sometimes getting homework done for you especially when the teacher checks it isn't always a bad thing. If you know what the whole deal is about, you wouldn't bother wasting your time on something that you already know. Essentially, that's all that homework is, just a practice of something to help you get better at it.

Anyway, I'm done with the whole ripping thing. I do appologize Sporky, and to everyone else. And have fun starting university on a Saturday…(that sucks) but congrats, and have fun.

It's still ripping, Tof, sp0rk and many others agreed on that… the signature tutorial the Gof had found was almost identical to nava2's entry… adding a couple of adjustments to another persons work does no count as your own work… there should be a rule establishing that the only things allowed renders and brushes and photoshop tools…
