Ok I found this site while searching for rapidshare hacks. all you do is this.

Step 1: go to www.sharex.org
Step 2: register
Step 3: log in
Step 4: go to http://www.sharex.org/get_links.php
Step 5: enter you rapidshare.com links in "Enter Links" section
Step 6: Press "get links"
Step 7: Your links will come up "e.g. http://dl8l3.rapidshare.com/files/2292895/99845491/cashtr.com-ClickDvdrip2006.part3.rar "
Step 8: Copy that link into your favorite Download Manager

Thanks… you could also use rapget/universal share downloader which does this for you i think.

Rapget dosent really work for me , but this is the actual premium link.
