WOW is all i can say, ever since the rune ess mining scripts have come out ess has dropped in price..


For those who sell lowest: Are you stupid?? i hate to say it but autoers make up a large majority of ess on the market so if u sell at mid or highest u will make the price go up thus making much more $$$$ :f:

For those who sell high: Keep it up <3 :spot:

this thread seems kinda useless, and obvious, but its true and i started auto mining rune ess, i sell at mid. and i saw it was 30gp each and i was like wtf?? it was 50ea about a week-2 weeks ago
i might start selling mine at high though, just to help.

It was 65 gp last week..

A person who's on the same page! I find this very useful. I always sell for high ;) It is true sell for the highest price! I am sure "at least" half the sellers are from srl. It was 65gp last week and has dropped a lot! If you want to keep this great way of money making please sell for highest even if it takes long to get it sold. I have currently mined 25k ess! I wish to sell this for highest price please help in selling for highest price.

I have members, so pure ess is still making me fast cash.

But most of us are all free members so to all free members please sell at highest price in G.E. :D

A little modification of the GE graph, and this is what I came up with.


41 GP = The price of Rune Essence before it started to rise.

65 GP = The peak price of Rune Essence

46 GP = The price of Rune Essence currently

Now, you can see some dates, "what's significant about them" you may be thinking. Well,

17th August = The date that Wizzup?'s Essence miner was released to SRL Members and above

29th August = The date that Wizzup? decided to release his Essence miner to users who were Junior Member and up.

As you can probably see from the graph, before the miner was even released, the price was rising without our help. Of course, this may have been to Wizzup?'z extensive testing of the script. :D

A few (3) days after the script was released to SRL Members, Rune Essence reached it's peak price; 65 GP per.

One day later the price started to decrease. Only one week after the price reached 65 GP, it had plummeted by 14 GP, to 51 GP. That's 2 GP a day.

On 29th August, Wizzup? released his script to Junior Members. Since then, the price has still been decreasing, and I can't see this changing, until people start selling their Essence at mid price or above.

PLEASE SELL HIGH

That was when other Ess Miner's were working, but when they stopped, the priced went up again. I image that the price of Ess is going to go down to 20 GP again, if not less.

Some people (like me and Timer) like the price to go down. We are both working on getting an account to 91 runecrafting. It helps us a ton now because we can make a profit easily by buying ess and crafting 4x airs. So keep selling low :p

Rubix, if you sold your 79k Ess when the price was 65, you would have got 5,135,000 GP, shared between the accounts.

If you sell now, for 44 GP (that's a 2 GP drop since yesterday) each, you'll get 3,476,000.

Waiting two weeks meant that if you were to sell now, you would have over 1.5 M GP.

That surprises me actually.

I say, sell low till im unbanned, lemme buy a shitload, then start selling high (or wizzup? take out the script) really we have a lot of power over the market with autoing,we should just release scripts for the purpose of merchanting, lemme(and other people) make a bunch of money… But i suppose that is selfish…

I agree it helps Runecrafters but I'm not a big fan of that anymore because of the great orb project. Not sure about nats though :P. Does anyone know how the price of nats been doin?

well i buy high i make airs i buy high or med price im just getting a good proggy for my air crafter so i can release i need testers lol

I don't think they will drop under 30 and will probably stay stable around 40. No matter what people will still sell low for that quick cash =/

i'm happy if they drop under 50 gp, otherwise it will take too long to sell them… :) (i HATE waiting lol :D)

Lol I've seen that happen MANY times. I guess that's what the trade limit is for… :rolleyes:

LET THE PRICES DROP!
RC is fucked with those high prices -.- You used to be able to make money at rc 11, nowadays you need rc 44.

When was this? Normally you'd need around 33 rc to make money off airs….

Anyway, being a runecrafter, I prefer it at 30-40 gp.

Guys, nice to know that r ess is going up and down, but could sum1 help me getting working r ess script. I have been trying to find one for days, but most r outdated. So, could sum1 put pm or sumething else (maybe on this thread) of good working script (I have 3.15)

If some1 gets me the script, I'm gonna put his name on my signature.

Once i'm a JR. member i'll mine Pure ess with a macro, and i'll sell mid or something to try raise the price, but selling alot of it lowest the price of it this post is about 98% usless, just selling alot of the 1 item lowest the price full stop.

Pure essence is falling too, i started to sell it at higher prices as i do not want it to drop below 140.

Heard that u will good working ess miners when u get to jr member in forums, try to post 10 posts and you have to be in forums at least 1 week.

well i used to runecraft with regular essence and prices were killing me. but i see where you all are coming from

i used to love ess miners because i was 93 rc :) now im gona be one of the ess miners lol,

Anyone else remember that the first auto's were made for essence and thats when it was 10gp each! as long as it stays above 25 be happy. And do sell high it will help but you need mass quantities to do that.
