My photoshop has decided to call it quits, and I have one over the top request for all of you:

I need a web banner made. I have a debit card but only with a student allowance on it…

The web banner needs to be 780 x 100 pixels.
It needs to have included a biohazard logo somewhere.
The theme is red and black but any thing will do..
It needs to have the text WFO
Alternatively it can have the text Web Freedom Oath

I can donate money to anyone who does this job. I have limited funds. (next thursday I will have at the most $70 nz) I will probably donate $20
I also have other graphic jobs need doing but i'm going to struggle to do them myself unless someone offers

Cheers :(

Sounds like you really need this thing…
I'll be able to do it for you no problem ;)

Can you add a few more details about this thing?

Here you go any good?
