SRL has got a new manual, not just any manual, an online manual, and not just any online manual, an auto-updated online manual!

The manual is updated within 15 minutes of the release of a new SRL revision!

It parses the comments in the SRL includes, if something needs added or changed it has to be added or changed there.

right but make it like that? but meh, thats why we have our own wiki… Also it is great, easy to browse and whatnot :D

Which no one really uses… This is supposed to be a manual that's always updated and formatted perfectly, not a wiki.

That's because it's not commented as it should be… Can't do much about that seeing I know nothing about the include…

Also, for some reason the parser for the include descriptions died when I moved it to autoupdating, I'll have to fix that, and I'm still working on the search function, but I've been out a lot lately, so I haven't had much time yet…

It is called an "online" manual for a reason, of course you need internet access :p
The old manual is staying though, this one is just better…

Btw, I'll be resuming my work on the search function soon, because of school I haven't had the time, once I get project caderno finished I'll be resuming it, and after that hopefully SCAR

Now if only I could find a manual for "scarpascal" (for lack of a better word). It implements some pascal, with some delphi mixed in, but figuring out what is and isn't implemented is really hit or miss.

I love stuff like this, I learned a few things that helped a lot by calling neat procedures.

In fact, one I was using returned an integer and I thought it returned a boolean. I feel dumb…

I think that it should be setup sort of like JavaDocs are, having a scroll box on the left side that contains links of all the deals in the form of a tree, you click it, and the right frame navigates to that specific file. Get what I'm saying?

I'd like that too, just some users have problems with it sometimes.
Though I'm 100% for it :)

You should make all of the folders expandable. Such as in Windows Explorer.

Ex:
[-]SRL
[+]core
[+]misc
..etc

I find the tutorials posted on the fourms easier to read than the offical manuals. SRL tutorials make it easier noobs to understand, i would suggest not just reading the manual but looking at some of the more easier to understand tuts

I've updated the parser to parse Sky Scripters rather artsy comment in Certer.scar, removed anything causing warnings in the html validation and I've made a list of stuff I still need to add such as the search function and such, I'll do all of that as soon as my exams are over

EDIT: Updated the parser again and fixed a small bug
