SRL Archive - SRL Site Discussion

So, I was looking at the tutorial section and noticed that there were sections only for programming etc. related stuff, but no section for other random tuts so people could teach something not necessarily 100% programming/computer/RS related too :p .. Shouldn't be a huge add-on but it'd be nice.

Agreed, would be really nice :p

Agreed :)

Mr.Muscle pommi ftw :p

I totally agree with this one.

You pointed out the one reason we never really wanted these tutorials.
Lots of them will only be used for purposes that are against the law… :)

Well, maybe make it so that no illegal tutorials? Like lockpicking, stealing etc…

Alot of good things can be taught too, and it'd sort of… Refresh.. The tutorial section from all the dull "script this, script that" tutorials by adding in some not purely programming related stuff..

Just my 2 cents.

Tutorials on making paper guns??? I love that stuff.!! Even though i cant do it, i ub3r fail just like i do at scripting xDD

I think this will also prevent people from posting random stuff in other sections…

Oh and also about the illegality thing, it should be even easier to make sure nobody posts any illegal tuts if they'd all sort of belong in one section, and not having a random tutorials section shouldn't stop someone from posting something illegal, durr …

Tutorials atleast :p

"I take no action for what you do with this information and I wrote it for EDUCATIONAL purposes only."

Should fix up with "illegality" issue.

I'm up for this section ^_^
