K, so i didn't play runescape from the last yr. Today tried to log in and it said wrong pass. Fortunately recovery the passed, then tried to log in and it said my account's banned. Checked the appealing section and figured out that the "hacker" banned the account by breaking many small rules and all his appeals got denied too, even the last chance appeal….
So am i **** or is there way to contact rs and tell them that the acc was hacked

Your probably F'd. Also I wouldn't swear like this in "General" forums. I know in Bashing forums the admins/mods are more lenient to language in there.
