Avoiding Bans - Ban Appeal System.

Well, i pretty much discovered something when i got several black marks for offensive language. At the end of the appeal, i wrote: "I remain guilty of this action", but make sure you have a sentence. It has always worked for me, every time. Here is a list of the offences it works with:
  • Offensive Language
  • Password Scamming
  • Impersonating Jagex Staff
  • Encouraging Others to break the rules

Also, ALWAYS try to use proper English when using an appeal, as it always helps. I've always used proper English in my appeals and have got past most of them (except the fifth time doing it).

The reason this probably works is because JaGex want people to actually say that they did this and to be honest or something. So. If you can think of a better reason then tell me so i'll replace this one :p

Add some more.

Yes I tried it, it works. It also works for - Impersonating Jagex Staff and Encouraging Others to break the rules ;)

/me has 3 more accounts rto try that on.

So…

I am very sorry jagex for trying to Macro. My friend gave me this program and said it was kool but i dunno wat it iz. I jus rune it and it blw up my acnout. pls Jagex gibve mye accnot beack and me Will be very haeppix. I remain guilty of this action

(:p. Doesn't really match the rest of the appeal, does it)
Or

Jagex:
I have tried a program which my friend has given me to try out. He did inform me of what the program contains, and in my ignorance I executed it. Imagine my surprise when Runescape popped up and the program waved my Mouse crazily all over. I quit the program, and was mad at my friend for a long time, especially when I discovered my account was banned. So, please, Jagex, unban my account and I hereby swear to never Macro, or run any strange programs my friends send me ever again. I remain guilty of this action.

Which one do you recommend? Eh?

Neither, those are both excuses.

Just make it like "I was so tempted to because I was bored but that's not a valid excuse", + guilty thing.

Gu3st...

My main got banned because I did the free armor trimming scam. In my appeal I said that i was very sorry and would never do this again. My last line was: "I was crying when I wrote this."

I really think that saying that you did it, and saying that you are sorry for doing it, really helps.

What about having the 2 last lines like this:
I remain guilty of this action.
I was crying when i wrote this.
