Because it was meant to be deleted before you were accepted. But the second thread, which you saw, was overlooked. Notice how you can see every few polls, because they are deleted before people are accepted, so there are no harsh feelings and people are free to give opinions.

You can't infract someone of a equal or higher rank than you. But then that doesn't make sense… if SSRL can infract SSRL, why can't mods infract mods and admins infract admins.. they are equal rank. Odd…
