Apparently its a Ban from the whole server. Nice. I really don't know why they're so pissed.


1) I noticed ##linux to prove a point. I really don't know why this is a problem.

2) I got the socket closed on me, which I guess is a K-line. So I rejoined with Tor to ask what the problem was…

3) Apparently they hate that even more, so I got K-lined again!

4) I rejoined on my normal IP (The K-line didn't stick or something) and asked what was the problem. I think someone who was an IRCop told me I was evading a K-line, I didn't even have a chance to say "Sorry, I'll leave. Thanks for telling me.".

That's unfortunate. We'll miss your quote postings and other ramblings in #srl (unless you're somehow able to come back). :(

Yeah, I'm sending them a query about it… I don't know what I did on the first place, and those people must encounter lots of assholes, 'cause they aren't too friendly.

Hmm, well, the IRCop that banned me replied saying "Evading bans for the purpose of channel disruption is off-topic". Although I wasn't evading the ban purposely, I didn't know it was a ban, and I was not trying to disrupt the channel. I was confused…


EDIT: He replied… IT SEEMS HE'S HUMAN! Like, It's unbelieveable. Still banned though…


EDIT 2: WTF? I think he said he undid the ban, but I still can't connect. I can't remember, someone simple english "Your Kline has lapsed by almost half an hour now" for me so I can justify connecting with Tor to ask him.

What exactly did you do to deserve that? I doubt they just K-Line you without any reason..
