What levels are needed to enter the Guild?

Are you talking about the cooking guild right outside of varrock? The one that requires a apron and chef's hat?

You have to have done some of the Varrock Achievement Diaries to access the bank…

You might have to do some work to get access to the guild, but I think its a great idea. Especially now that our focus on this site is more towards single player for a lot of people. The guild has all you need to make an apple pie I think so you could just make and bank and eventually rack up a lot of experience and pies that you could sell.

yeah this script could work, but if you need to do some of the achievment diaries to access the bank inside, its not worth it. Very few people do the achievement diaries, and people who auto would not be inclined to do so, when you could just use the cookerator or some other cooking script.
