The problem is that your setup for the Procedure: SmartSetupEX is wrong, there should only be 3 variables not 4,
It should look like this (just fill in whats needed)
SmartSetupEX({World #}, False, {Signed Java Client? True/False});
Example
smartSetupEx(136, False, True);
