I have a question about membership pins.Since i stay in somewhere like Singapore, will i get banned if i buy a UK sms pin or Australia pin through websites like sythe and apply it to my account?

If yes, what are the types of payment for pins that is safe for me. E.g. credit card.

P.S-Since there are few people playing RS in singapore, its hard to buy a pin online.

thx in advance.

that didnt really help him out

i read somewhere that runescape looks at accounts more if they are from Singapore/china because of the goldfarmer problem a while ago, and also that accounts were being banned if the ip address was from Australia and the pin was brought in america or whatever… i mean that the two countries are not the same, i think this was a way jagex knew about real world trading im not to sure how true this all is lol but i hoped it helped you out

I buy pins from other countries, and nothing happens to me, if something does just say you have a relative that bought it for you as a birthday present…

A friend bought membership for me through his phone and it wouldn't accept the code on my account as it said wrong country code. So then he signed onto my account and did it from his computer in England and it went through.

You can change your Country from the list on Runescape tho…
Many accounts have got banned duo to Member pins, that have been activated trought a credit card, but a sms, I don't think so…
