I'd call bullshit on this, again, and they sure as poop won't let him cash out a single dollar without checking and seeing that 1000 account bunch reffed to him.. So in theory he earned loads of money to THEM with the clicks from the "scam" accounts, but nothing to himself, and those sites most likely scam etc. and sure as hell won't give you anything if they find even the slightest reason not to, and as if he somehow magically fooled them tonnes of money they'll just trace him down and sue him or something.
