I know this is sort of a big want but it would help people who want to find a working script easier to handle. There's only a few working scripts that work with Runescape now, why keep the old ones?

For learning tools.
Just like why we keep all the old scripting help threads.

We will not removed old scripts unless on request of writer or it is a malicious script.

Cheers,
