I have Embedded Smart.dll in SCAR/Plugins.
&
Smart.scar in SCAR/Includes/SRL/SRL/Misc.
But how i can not run Smart…

Make that line:
SmartSetupEx(UseSmartWorld, true, SmartSigned, false);
Smarts setup changed
It is now:
world, safemode, signed, high detail ;)

The usage of SortCirlceWise is SortCircleWise(var tpa: TPointArray; cx: Integer; cy: Integer; StartDegree: Integer; SortUp: Boolean; ClockWise: Boolean);

Ohkay I followed what you did because I was having the same trouble and the same errors and its led me up to this next error…
