An Everyone Script

I have an idea. I want to make a thread in junior members for a script but it is a special script.

The basic idea is that it will be everyone's script, not just 1 person's. So anybody can throw in a function to make it one huge-ass script of awesomeness. Also people can modify a function to work better and whatever. Of course, it will be in junior members section so i think it would be appropriate to get a few members to watch over things.

so before people go a little nuts and modify things the rules will be:

- You must get the go by one of the thread members
- You have to build your functions to our specifications i.e. return types, arguments.
- And other stuff like proper tagging and commenting throughout it
- lots of commenting actually.
- and obviously standards and efficiency with good fail safes.

The idea is that one person gets a great idea on how to do one aspect of it. then they can build that awesome idea and send it in. that way we have a collaboration of awesome ideas. Also it gives junior members a way to compete and such (of course members will be invited to play too).

Thoughts, Ideas? Wanna make it happen?

So, um, basicly just an MSI thread for non members… hmm…
Well, to be honest: I don't think it will work out…

Reason: Junior members have many different stages of their slr knowledge/ability to script. One person will attempt their part with coordinates, while another one might use TPA's and such… Then the coordinates based one will be turned down, that person could be disappointed, and might never have the desire to learn more because of that… So yeah, the variety of abilities will be too great for such a project… just my opinion on this…

Well, the coordinate based one will learn something from his attempt, its better then applying for members and being rejected

I don't think this would be a good idea.
Everyone wants another way of object finding for example.
That would make it hard to make the script work:p

Guess you have a point there… but still, I'd name it almost impossible to manage such a project. good luck to all of those who will do that (if it ever starts) :p

Well i was thinking, we could have lets say 5 ways of finding an object, then we could have a variable of the clients favorite method, and they could choose which one they want the script to use :D
