I made a form with a background and i have Group boxes, they are transparent to the background. How do i make the group boxes not transparent?

Didnt work, alwell i used paint to add white boxes behind.

If you don't set a colour with groupbox.Color then I *think* it sets it to parent colour regardless of the status of ParentColor :)

try objectname.show := true;
or objectname.visible :=true; (might be false for the second the fact you have to put fals in the main form always makes it confuse me)

Assuming you may have fixed it… your answer is here:

TGroupBox.Color := ClBlack
