yer bh is the only way, i just transfed 400k from my lvl 80 ti my lvl 96 tho bh (f2p guthix kite) its only possible if both accounts close to each tothers combat lvl, i could do it for you if you trust me.

Search some threads :) You can buy green dragonhide legs too, go to a spot where nobody would ever come and wait for it to appear. It takes pretty long, but it's safe :)
