Runescape model viewer. We use these for private servers/clients and such.

Yes, sorry, RSMV stands for RuneScape Model Viewer, its a program made to read up the models wich you first extract with another tool from the Runescape client, you can get it and its source code in www.moparscape.org/smf under the client editing seccion i think.
So what it does is let you see all the models included in the runescape client, in a huge size, its great for takin pictures, and you can almost allways see the new items before they come out!. I also saw the Summoning npcs before the skill came out lol, and the dragon full helm =).

Nice finds. I wonder what that skill cape is. I don't really think they're going to do sailing? That would be a huge update right after they just made a huge update. But who knows.

That's either a sailing skill cape or a harp playing skill cape. Probably the first. Let's hope Jagex can show us that they can ruin another great idea for a skill!

I now officially hate jagex… After years of waiting for a dragon pickaxe, i get banned right before they release one. They should have released the dragon pick along with the dragon wc axe. I am really mad.:mad: :mad: I was wondering if you could get a closer pic of the cape.

Agree'd! It's deffinatly a music cape for the tracks. It will be like the questcape. You can't use it unless you have every single thing and they keep adding!

I'm pretty sure it's a music cape. I read a post on the official forums a while ago in the suggestionn section about a music cape. It got a reply from a J-Mod stating how good the suggestion was. So yeah…I think it's a music cape.

It doesn't in the "official" Runescape. You must be thinking from a private server, because I think that some private servers do have Dragon Platebodies.

I dont remember, but it wasnt for more than a month or so. I think the pick wont be released soon, as they didn't say something like "we have something new for miners in the next month's update" in the website.

The model for the pic looks like its a fair way off from being released. The platebody looks like it could be coming pretty soon though but will probably be a right bugger to get.

It looks more like a dragon crossbow than a pickaxe to me…. but I don't see why they would update raneg when it can already easily own melee… :S

The Sailing Skill Cape was just a joke…
A better skill cape would be Wilderness Survival.

I wonder if Jagex is paying homage to the french, that skillcape looks like it has a white flag on it… Give it to every french player, eh?

a skill on water would be cool, and eventually we would be fighting on water :p with cannon balls shooting out our cannons

you guys do realise that one of the music tracks is after you finish all of the champion scrolls. A music cape would be stupidly hard to get.

that takes agesssssssssssssssss

thats what i mean i training on jogres from 50 - 75 str and dident get 1 champion scroll. Thats why i think that the cape won't be related to getting all the music tracks, to be honest i don't think more than a handfull of people have finished all of the champion scrolls.
