every time i try to open smart it opens minimized and cant maximize it
ive updated to srl #19
tried to reinstall scar
replaced the world.ini but nothing worked

any ideas ?

i deleted every scar folder of my comp and reinstall scar and it works now :D

Your setupsmart isn't right:
For setting up smart, you should use this:

procedure SetUpSmart;
begin
  Status('Setting up SMART!');
  Disguise('Setting up SMART!');
  smartSetupex(SmartWorld, True, Signed, False);
  wait(1000);
  SetTargetDC(SmartGetDC);
end;

I had SmartWorld as a variable in the const, same as for Signed.

i tried to run your fightcaver(updated)
but smart still opens minimized :(
