I wonder if the admins could do a Donation section and simply when you donate you get a title, Ive seen this work cuz people donate to help out - I donated about 20$ to sp0rks site.. before I got banned:D and I did it mostly to help keeping the bill and also to get the title so if this is possible the admins should go for it

If you donate, you get a nifty little title, 'Site Supporter' as displayed in the top right corner of this post

When you donate, the admins review how much you donated and if they feel it is enough you get a little banner-like thing on your profile and posts (by the Activity, Longetivity etc.) as well as get certain hidden features, with the only widely known one being a larger avatar.
People do do it (hehe doo-doo), but it's a busy forum so requires quite a lot of funding to keep it running smoothly and unfortunately still a lot has to be donated as ad revenue isn't high enough to make it self sustaining.
Edit: Gah, SB beat me though I'm sure I would've got there first if I wasn't so hungry I had to stop to go get food stuffs half way through my post :(

Star, how much is good to donate? also is it possible to donate by SMS or PBP? if not I think I can get Paypal to work :) I dont wana see that 'SRL-Forums.com/Forum cant be found' message again :D

Only by PayPal - click the donate link at the top. Also, I'm sure any amount is welcome, but something in the thousands would be very appreciated I reckon :)

SRL went down from lack of funds…? Hmm maybe I'll donate more…If SRL ever needs money I should just be emailed…I'll pay it off.

I'm dooing Moola now and I have like $5 in boosters but I can't get them cuz I need to be american.. If someone has a mobile phone number what I can use to activate, PM it to me, I'll activate and you PM me the code back :)

I live in Canada and I get boosters…

i donatned never got a repley..

I dont have a credit card hooked up to my paypal and I dont know how to get funds into it or else I would donate to this community. :(

You can use a bank account, they have handy instructions right on the site.

I'm not sure but regularly donating is a good idea anyways. I wish there was like a highscore system for top donator.

thats not a bad idea a ranking system would be cool and might get more people donating

there should be special rewards for a certain amount of donations, like over $50 you get a added extra

It was down (So Dankness told me), because Shawn (Dankness) was finding a new job, and didn't have enough time to pay the bills at that time. But it's up now, so don't worry ;)
