I was wondering what you guys did for a living, or how you earn your irl gp's. I'm currently employed at Crown Acura(car dealership). I've been there for almost 9 months and it's getting boring as shit, but I guess that's to be expected when you're 18. What about you guys?

Well, I work at Wendy's.
It's a fun job when my friend's are working.
But the shiftsupervisors are annoying as hell.
And don't do any work :(.

7 months ago i quit working there, but 1 week ago my old manager
called me up and asked if i would work for subway again…

apparently the current manager is on drugs and doing weird shit there…


so i think they want me to replace him :s i'll start working there in 2 days :)

anyways i look forward to being there new manager…. it will be a good job until i find a better job.

i work at palmers, its a garden store franchise in new zealand, cruzy as job. lotsa stoners there, ive been asked how to grow weed a couple times :P

I sometimes work with one of my friends mowing lawns, but were in a drought so that's kinda messed up via the back door…

Yeah that's what my friend did for me. I never knew he could have gotten $100 though. No wonder he was so eager for me to apply there.

I don't have a job, I'm 13 and want to get one this summer

i mow lawns it averages at $13 per hour so it's OKAY for a 15 year old

I've got possibly the best first job ever. I work for the school system here, cleaning computers and updating etc. and I've got the best supervisor possible. There's been days where we've just played Halo, WoW, CSS, and even Diablo II last week to get ready for number 3 coming out whenever. All while still getting paid. Does that mean I can be considered a professional gamer?

you lie. if not. not working hard while being paid is good as stealing money you dill weed. just so you know if you keep that crap up you'll never hold a real good paying job. ever.

OK I wasn't very clear about it. While we take up the network with a few computer either ghosting or updating, there's not a whole lot else we can accomplish. If we do too many at once we pretty much kill the network for 7 schools and if we run too few then we've got bandwidth we're just not using. So it's not like we're not doing work, we're just keeping ourselves busy while keeping an eye on the computers for things going wrong which they inevitably do with ones as old as these.

And as for working hard, I'll just say this: Monday, 3 of us moved 56 computers back into their rooms between 9:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. and then moved and cleaned 18 more after lunch. Tuesday we cleared out a computer lab of 31 computers in less than half an hour. Is that not working hard? We just have a little fun every once in a while when we can.

And sorry for getting a little off topic if this is.
