Sailing fgs…How silly.

Sailing?! Oy vey. Three disappointing skills in a row. Well, if they do intend to add a Sailing skill then hopefully that means a crap load of new places to travel to. That should open up a large window for a bunch of new quests. I really don't see any point in the need to have a whole skill devoted to sailing. There's already so many ways to travel around in the members world.

People on Rsc think that it will be a sort of PvP pirate game when you can fire at people with cannons and go in for close quarter combat. I think it would be awesome….But it still wont be as good as Pking

I REALLY hope that this skill will be better than it seems to be.. Cmon, sailing? Wtf. :p But what do i know? It might be really funny :D

If you take a look at the world map on jagex's site it doesn't look like they have much more room to expand runescape. A sailing skill would be the perfect way to introduce entirely new continents into the game. Just think, an entire continent that noobs can't get to, awesome :D

Sailing?… They better do one hell of a job if they are putting sailing into the game. I can see the possibilities that it could be used… but I doubt it'll be as badass as I would want it.

They're implementing sailing to combat the recent loss of members to Puzzle Pirates.

yeah God, all we want is wildy.
There's already canoes with Woodcutting,
And if we can teleport, why would we need to sail?
You can already take the random boat to a random island.
Why can't they, instead of making STUPID skills, work on a better improvement in Bounty Hunter.
Like the basics are there, they just have to fix the teleporting thing and the penalty thing.

I can see this being cool if everything is unlocked at the beginning. Because if I have to sail from varock to fally 20 times to unlock drayner fuck it.

i dont think thats how you would lvl up. i think working in your ship will. Much like construction

No, it actually was there. Its written in many different forums, even videos are out. Saw one at Youtube, I look if Im able to find it.

Thanks for that video Krim, it showed some good points exspecially about the main runescape page cape and picture. Hopefully this will be a free skill.Probably not.

i remember them saying they werent going to introduce new skills for f2p but oh well
