this is my first script.
its just a simple auto login.
to set it up put it on the main menu login, chuck in ur username and pass and your ready to go!

Version 1.2 is here!

ill keep updating and maybe work my way up to bitmaps?

i would just like to see if this script works for other people.

1.1
Made more human like.
improved my standards(didnt really understand them, correct them if they are wrong)
1.2
changed around some random stuff like pvh said
added a logged in checker. im not sure if if(LoggedIn=true) works. please update me on this one.

Hi,

A few comments about your script, I understand that it is your first script, but, it's good to address this.

Instead of using scar functions for moving the mouse, first, right after the

program SuperSimpleAutoLogin;

put

{.include SRL/SRL.scar}

Then instead of

MoveMouseSmooth(380, 173);
Wait(100);
ClickMouse(380, 173,true);

all you have to do is put

Mouse(380, 173, 1, 1, true);

You know what the first two parameters mean and the last, but what about the other two? The 1, 1 means it will click 1 random pixel away from that pixel.

Also when you use wait instead of using an exact number use this

Wait(3000+random(how many ms it can be off));

This will make the script more human-like.

Instead of SendKeys use

TypeSend('yeah');

TypeSend is more human-like.

Also look into standards: http://www.villavu.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3293

They make your script much easier to read and people won't call you out for having irregular standards, such as line spacing…

Hope this helps:

Tutorials are wonderful things ;) Besides, bitmaps are ver, ver simple. It will take no time at all for you to learn those. And after that trie DTM's, DDTM's, and Array's. Have Fun :spot:

Sorry, at the very beginning of the main loop (after the begin) put:

SetupSRL;

That will fix your problem.

Good job man,
I got a few suggestions though:
Don't use clickmouse!
You used:
  ClickMouse(377, 366,true)
Now I use this:
 Mouse(377,366,3,3,true);
That is with randomness;)
Also add randomness in the procedure stay:
You got:
  Wait(3000);
I recommend doing:
   Wait(3000+random(1000));

So total it would look like this:

program SuperSimpleAutoLogin;
{.include SRL/SRL.scar}

//go type in your username and password at lines 21 and 25

procedure Stay;
begin
Wait(3000+random(1000));
end;

procedure MoveMouseToLogin;
begin
Mouse(380, 173, 5, 5, true);
end;

procedure LogingIn;
begin
Wait(1000+random(500));
TypeSend('');//username in here
Wait(1000+random(200));
Mouse(320, 321, 5, 5, true);
Wait(750+random(250));
TypeSend('');//password in here
Mouse(377, 366, 3, 3, true);
wait(5500+random(2000));
mouse(377, 366,3,3,true);
end;

begin
SetupSRL;
Stay;
MoveMouseToLogin;
LogingIn;
end.

Your standards were correct, though I removed some useless lines (just empty ones).
I saw you used:

Mouse(377, 366, 1, 1, true);
Don't do that, random 1,1 will always turn to 0, and that means banns:rolleyes:
I changed it to:
 Mouse(377, 366, 3, 3, true);

Good job on it and keep on scripting:D

procedure CheckLoggedIn;
begin
if(LoggedIn=true)then Writeln ('congrats, your logged on');
if(LoggedIn=false) then Writeln ('something went wrong');
end;

Does this procedure actually do anything? :P

it just writes a line telling you if your logged in or not, i dont think it works with the new runescape.
im just messing round with procedures.
:)

quick answer, no
:spot:

im now going to add a brightness changer, maybe later ill put in a procedure that changes all graphics to lowest.
