and what continent does new zealand belong to? in america they always taught us that australia was a continent and a country but never said about any other countries belong to the continent of australia… that I can remember anyway.

No Oceania is different. The only country in the world that is its' own continent. Oceania is something else. Besides, i didn't have enough room in the poll, so i had limited option to fit in.
