I am trying to load all the safe variables into one procedure, instead of multiple ones showed in the SCAR Manual (at the bottom). So, how can i fix this error please? And why did it occur?

end.I am trying to load all the safe variables into one procedure, instead of multiple ones showed in the SCAR Manual (at the bottom). So, how can i fix this error please? And why did it occur?
