No

No multiplayer, no walking, no ddtms, no banking.

Method

2008-06-11 20:47:51

The script looks very simple, besides the TPA usage in CutTrees (however you don't use any TPA functions either). There's also no failsafes practically anywhere in the script. At the very least, you should have if not(LoggedIn) then Exit; failsafes in every procedure or function that does something on the main screen (clicks, finds an object, etc.). Also, there is no multiplayer in the script, which is disappointing since the script is a power chopper and should be designed for use with many players.

It's probably a no from me, but I'll wait to see what some other people think before voting.

No, same reason as above.

no…. way to simple sorry pretty much anything i can think of has been said above

better luck next time

It's single player…

It's also a powerchopper is why it doesn't have banking, ddtms, or walking.

Thanks for "really" reading my app.
Take some time next time. I've applied several times with foolish answers.

Iron Man

2008-06-11 22:15:47

But being a powerchopper doesn't show that you know how to do these things. Thats why we voted no.

TViYH

2008-06-11 22:25:21

By making a powerchopper I was showing that I know how to make a powerchopper, which could indeed boost the esteem of SRL.

read tuts … no

TViYH

2008-06-11 23:17:33

Well, P1NKY.

I have read several "tuts", as you call them. And, what have I gotten out of them? Hardly anything. All of these TPA "tuts" are labeled Easy to Understand. I've read one of them 5 times, and still can't comprehend what the heck it is trying to teach me. DDTM "tuts"? Nothing comprehendable. If something was easy enough to read and easy enough to understand, then maybe I could actually learn something.

You probably shouldn't be a smart ass when it comes to applications. There is no way you're going to get in with an attitude like that, regardless of your script. You don't say stuff like that when you're around the people who decide if you get in or not :duh: .

Couple comments though…
procedure LoadDTMs(which:string);
begin
case which of
'Logs':begin DTM := DTMFromString('78DA63CC65626078CA800232020D195881342' +
'310FF0702C632A09A5B0C6880118904D204CC01AB4904AA794C05' +
'73AA806A5E51C19C74A09A8F54302719A8E62D15CC8905AA794D0' +
'57352806AEE50C11C50BC3FA482393984DD030077B8245E');
end;
end;
end;

What's the point of this?

1: You only have one DTM that you could have just done like this…

procedure LoadDTMs;
begin
Logs:=DTMFromString(;//blah DTM code;
end;

procedure Drop;
begin
LoadDTMs('Logs');
repeat
if FindDTM(DTM, x, y, MIX1, MIY1, MIX2, MIY2) then
begin
case Random(10) of
0..7: begin
Wait(500);
Mouse(x, y, 1, 1, False);
Wait(500);
ChooseOption('rop');
end;
8..9: begin
Wait(500);
Mouse(x, y, 1, 1, False);
Wait(500);
ChooseOption('ancel');
end;
end;
end;
for i:=2 to 27 do
begin
DropItem(i);
end;
until(InvCount=1);
FreeDTM(DTM);
end;

This part is a good idea of an antiban, but ultimately not necessary. The code in this could probably use TBoxs.

Just do this for the whole thing and you should be set =)

procedure Drop;
begin
for i:=2 to 27 do
begin
if ExistsItem(i) then
DropItem(i);
end;
if InvCount=1 then//good failsafe right here.
//rest of script
end;

Also you might want to randomize this a bit…

  Wait(500);

to …

Wait(500+random(300));

You probably knew that but remember that Jagex can record the amount of milliseconds that you take to do a procedure to the EXACT time if they suspect your character.

procedure AxeBroken;
begin
if FindBlackChatMessage('You do not') then
begin
Logout;
WriteLn('Lost or broke the axe.');
TerminateScript;
end;
end;

I don't know if this is the most accurate way of finding a broken axe. Why don't you use uptext, DTMs, AND BlackChatmessage or a combination of a few. Who knows.

Work on the Proggy and Main Loop a bit more to make it "unbreakable".

I vote "No".

BTW: The TPA "tuts" (as you rudely put them in quotes) are not the things that are faulty. YOU are just either RETARDED or LAZY! (Sorry fellow members if that was harsh just expressing what I am feeling).

Better luck next time, if you've already given up on SRL…:rolleyes:

If you couldn't understand the TPA tutorial I wouldn't recommend using TPA's in your script. You used them wrong.

for i := 0 to 5 do
FindColorsSpiralTolerance(x, y, ColorPointsTPA, TreeColors[i], MSX1, MSY1, MSX2, MSY2, 0);

This will overwrite your ColorPointsTPA every time the loop is called. You need to put them into seperate arrays and them combine them.

      if InvFull then Drop;
MMouse(ColorPointsTPA[i].x, ColorPointsTPA[i].y, 0, 0);
if InvFull then Drop;

The inventory is not going to fill when you move the mouse thats pointless. You dont need both.

Im inclined to say no. The script is very basic with some wierd logic (your cutting loop seems inefficient). And youre attitude seems to be a problem.

lol, I kinda like this guy actually.
I'm sorry man but I gotta say no. If you want I'd be happy to help you out with DTMs, TPoints, and anything else you have trouble with.

For the TPA bit, this would probably make things easier to understand.

TPAs are literally collections of points. Each individual point is x and y. FindColorsSpiralTolerance grabs all the points with a certain color and puts them into the collection.

TheVoiceInYourHeard, we can see that your trying but scripts for srl members cannot just be a power cutter…. you need mapwalking and more advanced stuff, like DDTMs ect.. also you do not need a TUT for everything look at someone elses script to learn… some one should show you a script that got someone into members to show you what the standard is

I voted yes because he is a great guy and a good contributor.
Like, his account creator?

Naum

I vote yes aswell, becuase he speaks his mind as all the TPA tutorials I read I don't even understand thats why I make my own. My vote is based 80% solely on his attitude. 10% on EC ;)

TViYH

2008-06-12 10:43:00

Thanks all who voted yes that understand what I'm saying.

@markuska815, I wanted it to overwrite the TPA so that it grabs fresh points each time.

EDIT: Thanks, NiCbaZ, for having an avatar like that. I used this script:

program New;
{.include SRL\SRL.scar}

var
i, x, y: integer;
MyPoints: TPointArray;
begin
SetupSRL;
FindColorsSpiralTolerance(x, y, MyPoints, 3268512, 1, 1, 1279, 959, 15);
for i := 0 to High(MyPoints) do
begin
WriteLn(IntToStr(MyPoints[i].x) + ' ' + IntToStr(MyPoints[i].y));
MoveMouse(MyPoints[i].x, MyPoints[i].y);
end;
end.

which searched for color 3268512 with a tolerance of 15. What it then did was wrote the x and y of the point, then moved the mouse there.

So, lol. Thanks again.

EDIT2: Okay. I'm starting to understand TPAs now. Here's an example:

program New;
{.include SRL\SRL.scar}

var
i, x, y: integer;
MyPoints: TPointArray;
r: string;

Function GetLineOfEx(SA: TStringArray): Integer; //Ty n3ss3s
Var
C, i: Integer;
Begin
C := GetDebugLineCount;
For Result := 0 To C Do
for i := 0 to High(SA) do
If Pos(SA[i], GetDebugLine(Result)) <> 0 Then
Exit;
End;

begin
SetupSRL;
FindColorsSpiralTolerance(x, y, MyPoints, 255, 1, 1, 1279, 959, 15);
WriteLn(IntToStr(Length(MyPoints)));
for i := 0 to High(MyPoints) do
begin
r := IntToStr(GetColor(MyPoints[i].x, MyPoints[i].y));
MoveMouse(MyPoints[i].x, MyPoints[i].y);
if GetLineOfEx([r])>0 then
Exit;
WriteLn(r);
end;
end.

What that does is it searches for all the red colors, stores it in the TPA, then moves the mouse to the first point that matches that color, then writes the color again of the point it moved to. Am I right?

P1nky

2008-06-12 11:46:20

…. lmao thevoice your not even ready for DTM's/DDtms/TPA's you must learn the basics and go from there and yeah get your attitude straight …

TViYH

2008-06-12 11:59:39

Then maybe you could make an understandable "tut". =)

Since you're so knowledgeable.

P1nky

2008-06-12 12:25:24

… i learned from tuts… your probally not too smart to learn?
and theres already so many great 1's out and i dont write tuts unless i feel like it. i can understand mostly all tuts out there, why cant you? hmmmmm

Lowest grade I've ever had is a 93. On anything.

So, don't call me retarded.
