Best Newcomer Mostly Harmless Village Clown
who actually holds these ranks?
and how do you get them

I have not seen someone ever get these ranks im afraid.
If you search up a rank thread, it will tell you how to get them

Village clown rank is given to people who just do a lot of mistakes, Solarwind for example had one, but they became in agreement with the staff, I think.

Best Newcomer and Mostly Harmless haven't yet been given out, with the exception of RAM's administration thread where he gave Mostly Harmless to Dark_Sniper, but removed it in a few minutes though….

An SRL Member has Mostly Harmless at the moment.. it is a discreet rank though, it does not show in their title.
Best Newcomer is the same, but a Registered User holds it at the moment.

I would suggest The[Cheese] for the best new commer, I guess most of you have heard about him, he is really good scripter and he is "New" and its already a SRL Member also his miner is really good and has a organized and nice code :spongebob:
